Article Submission

At this stage, the author submits the article following the OJS Studia Philosphica et Theologica guidelines. The submitted article must follow the Studia Template and the Studia Philosophica et Theologica Journal Writing Guidelines. Authors are required to fill out and sign a Letter of Approval for Articles to be Processed and submitted with Full of Papers:

                            Period I: November-January

                            Period II: May-July

Initial Assignment 

The editor assesses the focus and scope of the article. Articles that pass will then follow the article substance assessment. Authors are required to fill in and improve the substance of the article according to the available Author Self-Evaluation form:

                 Articles that pass will then follow the Review process

Double Blind Peer Review

Articles will be evaluated by peer reviewers who are experts in their fields. The aim is to ensure the published research meets quality, validity, and originality standards. This process is conducted confidentially.

                 Period I: January-February

                 Period II: July – August

                 Eligible articles will follow the Similarity Check process (Maximum 20%). This process is carried out by  the editor team.

If there is a difference of opinion between the reviewers. Articles are reviewed again by a third party at the editor's discretion.

Similarity Check

                  Maximum 20%. Authors are asked to paraphrase the article.

Copyediting, Layouthing dan Proofreading

Performed by the Editor and Author. Authors are required to complete a Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure Form for Authorship Disputes and Rights to Work and receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

Publish

                  Period I: April

                  Period II: October

Articles published in the Journal Studia Philosophica et Theologica receive a DOI. The author is obliged to share the article with colleagues and disseminate it to the public. Either through social media or other media to be read and cited.

Notes: The publication process in the Journal Studia Philosophica et Theologica is free of charge.
